- HandyMan Schedule is a job tracking and scheduling tool built for construction pros and handymen. Manage jobs, clients, photos, and costs in one place — designed for use on the job site, not just at a desk.
- Who is it for?
- Contractors, handymen, electricians, plumbers, painters, and any tradesperson who needs to schedule jobs, track clients, and keep records organized. Solo operators and small crews alike.
- How much does it cost?
- The Pro Plan is $18.99/month. It includes unlimited jobs and clients, photo storage, cost tracking, invoicing tools, and calendar sync. No hidden fees.
- Is there a free trial?
- Yes. New signups get a 7-day free trial. No credit card is charged until the trial ends. You can cancel anytime before then.
- Can I use it on my phone?
- Yes. HandyMan Schedule is built mobile-first. Update jobs, add photos, and check your schedule from your phone or tablet. It works in the browser and can be installed as a PWA for quick access.
- What job types can I track?
- We support plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, drywall, flooring, roofing, HVAC, landscaping, general repair, and custom types. Each job can include title, description, photos, costs, duration, and status.
- Can I add photos to jobs?
- Yes. Upload multiple photos per job. Photos are stored securely and can be viewed from the job detail screen. Great for before/after shots, damage documentation, or progress updates.
- How do I manage clients?
- Add clients with contact info, address, and notes. Link jobs to clients for full history. Addresses support one-tap map links for directions to the job site.
- Is my data secure?
- Yes. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use industry-standard hosting (Cloudflare) and do not sell or share your business data. Billing is handled securely by Stripe.
- How do I cancel?
- Go to Settings → Billing and use the customer portal to manage or cancel your subscription. You keep access until the end of your billing period.
