How to manage jobs, clients, and your schedule.

Dashboard

The dashboard shows an overview of your jobs and schedule. Use it to quickly see what’s coming up and jump into your work.

Schedule

View your jobs on a calendar. See when jobs are scheduled, filter by status, and tap a job to view or edit details.

Jobs

Create jobs from Jobs → New. Add a title, description, client, address, status, and optional notes (e.g. gate code, parking). Attach photos and track costs. Update status as you complete work.

Clients

Add clients with name, email, phone, and address. Link jobs to clients for full history. Addresses support one-tap map links for directions to the job site.

Photos & Costs

Upload photos per job for before/after shots or documentation. Track material and labor costs on each job to keep profitability in view.

Settings

Manage your organization name, invite team members, and update your profile. Install the app as a PWA from Settings for quick access on your phone.

Billing

Manage your subscription from Settings → Billing. Upgrade, cancel, or update payment method via the Stripe customer portal.
